Chris's bacon and egg pie

For some reason, every time I go to the supermarket I buy more eggs. We had 30 eggs in the fridge this morning.
So Chris, the egg lover, offered to make bacon and egg pie for dinner. Neither of us knew how, but that's what Google is for. And improvisation.

You need:
  • Bacon
  • Eggs (8!)
  • Cracked pepper
  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Spinach
You can kind of play around with amounts, or ingredients. It would be good with some tomatoes, or onions, or whatever is in the cupboard.

Set the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut up the bacon and spinach, however roughly you like.
Grease a pie plate and spread some puff pastry for the base.
Layer the ingredients on top, including the 8 eggs and pepper.
Put the pastry on top. Chris pinched the edges of our pie, because the Women's Weekly told him to.
Cook for about 45 minutes, or until the pastry is done and the pie doesn't jiggle when you shake it.

And eat it with vegies. It's good.
Thanks to my model/chef, Chris.
